ちょっと贅沢な鰹節をつかってみませんか！原材料は、本枯れ鰹節（6番カビ付け）を使用します。田子節の伝統製法「手火山式焙乾製法」を使って旨味を閉じ込めた鰹節の削りたてをそのまま袋に詰めにしてございます。薄く削りましたので、短い時間で濁りのないおだしが取れます。ご飯にのせてそのまま美味しく召し上がって頂きます。また、日本料理のおだし用としてお使い頂けます。鰹本来の香り・風味が違います。上品なおいしいおだしが取れます。
