古来より伝わった加工方法により製造されております。独特の加工方法ですが、塩外の添加物は一切使用されていません。腐敗防止のためおおくの天然の塩を使用してますので、かなり塩辛いですが、そのままの状態で日に当たらない場所なら常温で1ヶ月程は、品質に変化はありません。また、冷蔵庫に保管していただければ、3ヶ月程美味しく食べられます。冷凍保存頂ければ1年以上保存出来ます。潮かつお半身1枚入（500ｇ～）＊価格の変更をさせて頂きました。カツオの高騰など、諸事情により誠に申し訳ございません。何卒、ご理解を頂き変わらぬお引き立て程お願い申し上げます。
