潮かつおの焼き身をフレーク状（荒ごし）にしビンに詰めました。当店自慢の製法、「手火山式」で燻焼きしております、そのままふりかけ美味しく召し上がれます。「潮かつお」は古来より伝わった加工方法により製造されており、塩外の添加物は一切使用されていません。多くの塩を使用していますので、かなり塩辛いですが、癖になる独特の美味しさは、他にはありません。カツオの旨味塩（ふりかけ調味料）としてお使い頂くと、色々なお料理の隠し味として楽しんで頂けます。適量ご飯にふりかけて、お茶漬けや玉子かけごはんの味付けにもよく合います。お料理にふりかけて、簡単に旨味を（追いかつお）足してくれます。（賞味期限１８０日）冷凍保存頂ければ１年以上保存出来ます。
