(有)三角屋水産さんが製造している商品、神楽南蛮＆田子節みそのご紹介です。西伊豆は明治初期にかけて鰹の水揚げ地として名を上げ、鰹節作りを盛んに行っていました。そのころ家庭のおかずとしてよく作られていた懐かしい味の節みそを伊豆産の神楽南蛮を入れて商品化いたします。職人が作り続ける田子節を甘辛く炊き上げ、味噌で和えたシンプルな味、ピリッとした神楽南蛮の辛味と食感にご飯がすすみます。野菜につけたり、チーズと合わせてオードブルにと昔の味を現代風にアレンジして召し上がっていただけたら幸いです。＊カネサ鰹節商店製造の田子節を使用して頂いております。内容量：１２０ｇ
